Leah Michele Kaufman, Esq., is an Attorney at Law licensed to practice in the State of California.
Leah received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications, magna cum laude, from American Jewish University in 2010. She then spent two years as a project assistant at a top international law firm prior to attending law school at University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Leah received her Juris Doctorate from Hastings in 2015, with a concentration in international and comparative law.
Leah is here to help with the legal hurdles that your business might face, from inception to reorganization. Her legal experience includes a focus in intellectual property and bankruptcy law. Furthermore, in addition to her time at a large firm, Leah has also worked for solo practitioners. This has given her valuable insight as to what kinds of operational approaches will succeed in larger, already established companies, and alternately what approaches will benefit smaller start-ups who are just beginning to navigate the market.
Leah is an exceptional advocate who will pursue legal strategies that will protect a client from risk, while maintaining the high ethical standards of the profession.
